I've worked out my WHOLE life and never saw my abs until recently. I am eating more than I ever have, which is the crazy part. I am so mindful of what I'm putting in my body. “If It Fits Me” has changed my life! After 12 weeks I was able to lose a total of 8.5 inches and 13lbs, but most importantly, I continued to get STRONGER and maintained a social life! After the first 12 weeks I wanted to just maintain through the holidays so Joel worked with me on my maintenance macros for about 6 months.
